At NSHB, we take pride in highlighting the achievements of our students. Today, we’re thrilled to share the story of Jesse Morriss, who embarked on a transformative journey through our Fast-Track Beauty Therapy Course.
A dedicated personal trainer, Jesse joined the program in March 2024, aiming to enhance her expertise and broaden the range of services she offers to her clients. Her efforts have paid off, and since earning her VTCT Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Beauty Therapy General in July 2024, Jesse has already made impressive strides in her new career path.
Jesse’s decision to enrol stemmed from her desire to provide a more holistic approach to client wellness by offering beauty treatments alongside her fitness training. Her commitment to growth led her to successfully secure a position as a therapist at the prestigious Park Farm Hotel and Spa after completing the course.
This exciting role allows Jesse to blend her passion for fitness, wellness, and beauty. And she’s not stopping there—Jesse plans to continue her education and expand her range of treatments to offer even more value to her clients.
Discovering a Passion for Facials
During the course, Jesse found her favourite treatment: facials. She recalls the joy she felt when she booked and performed facials for three clients:
“All my clients felt and looked so relaxed and pleased. I smiled with great joy.”
This hands-on experience not only boosted her confidence but also solidified her love for helping clients feel rejuvenated. Facials remain a key part of Jesse’s growing skill set, and she’s excited to share her expertise with even more clients in the future.
Jesse’s Reflection: A Life-Changing Experience
Looking back on her journey, Jesse expressed deep gratitude for the course and the supportive environment she found at NSHB:
“Definitely would recommend. Lovely, friendly team and organized environment. This course has turned my life around!”
Her experience highlights how effective training, paired with determination, can lead to life-changing opportunities.
Jesse’s story is a testament to the impact of determination and the right education. With her skills, drive, and passion, we’re confident that her future in beauty therapy will be as bright as her success in personal training.
