Here, at NSHB we currently have 4 apprentices with us and we thought what better week to introduce you to them!
Pete – Chartered Management Degree Apprentice
Pete shares that: “It has been an exciting journey, where classroom knowledge meets real-world experiences. Every lesson fuels my growth, sharpening my skills and confidence as I evolve into a strong, capable leader.”
Adding to Pete’s natural leadership skills has benefitted him in the workplace, professionally but personally also.
Mollie – Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing Apprentice
Mollie’s journey showcases how apprenticeships can foster creativity while ensuring meaningful career growth. She reflects:
