In 2005, Jackie took a leap of faith and established the Jackie Hamilton School of Therapies. This award-winning training school became a beacon of excellence in aromatherapy massage, reflexology, sports massage, and holistic massage. Through her school, Jackie nurtured and inspired hundreds of students, empowering them to embark on their own journeys in the world of complementary therapies.
A trailblazer and award-winning practitioner:
Jackie’s unwavering commitment to her profession did not go unnoticed. In 2019, she was recognized as the FHT Complementary Therapist of the Year, a testament to her exceptional skills and dedication. This prestigious award celebrated her expertise and the positive impact she made on the people around her.
Jackie’s journey to Parliament in 2019 to promote the integration of complementary therapies was a testament to her unwavering dedication and belief in the power of holistic healthcare. By engaging with policymakers, educating and informing them about the benefits of complementary therapies, and collaborating with like-minded individuals, Jackie played a crucial role in advancing the conversation around integrated healthcare.
Furthermore, in 2020, Jackie was honored with the Inspiration of the Year award by the Norfolk Broadland District Council. Her passion and tireless efforts in promoting holistic well-being within the community were acknowledged, highlighting her invaluable contributions.

In 2021, Jackie’s exceptional leadership and commitment were once again recognized as she won the FHT Excellence Awards Local Group Co-ordinator category. Her role as a local group co-ordinator allowed her to share her knowledge and expertise, fostering a sense of community among therapists and promoting professional growth.

Change is a natural part of life, and as Jackie embarks on her well-deserved retirement, a new chapter unfolds for her Therapy School, with pride and confidence she passes it over to her daughter Sam at NSHB. As we know, Sam’s vision embraces a holistic approach that acknowledges the impact of self-care, relaxation, and inner well-being. By integrating therapy techniques, wellness practices, and beauty and hair treatments, the school now offers a comprehensive education that empowers students to create transformative experiences for their clients.
